The jurisdiction of Local 380-443 covers a broad area across the Southern Tier of NY and Northern PA, up to the southern shores of the Finger Lakes and east into Schoharie county.
In New York State all of these counties: Broome, Tioga, Cortland, Tompkins, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Chenango, Otsego, and Schoharie.
All of Delaware County except the portion which is in the jurisdiction of Local 238-291, Poughkeepsie, NY.
In Allegany County: Grove, Canaseraga, Burns, Birdsall, Almond, West Almond, Ward, Alfred, Andover, Wellsville, Willing and Independence.
In Cayuga County: Moravia, Sempronius, Locke and Summerhill.
In Livingston County: Dansville, Ossian, Spring Water, Sparta, West Sparta, Nunda, Portage, Mt. Morris, Groveland, Livonia and Lima.
In Pennsylvania, all of Bradford and Tioga Counties.
In Susquehanna County (PA): Apolacon, Bridgewater, Choconut, Forest Lake, Franklin, Friendsville, Great Bend, Hallstead, Harmony, Jackson, Jessup, Lanesboro, Liberty, Little Meadows, Middletown, Montrose, New Milford, Oakland, Silver Lake, Susquehanna Depot, and Thompson.
