Scholarships
To raise money for Local 380-443 of the American Federation of Musicians’ Charles W. England Memorial Fund of the Oneonta Musicians’ Protective Association, which in turn will distribute the designated funds in support of scholarship for those studying the musical arts in an accredited institution and professional development for individuals actively engaged as music professionals.
